FINAL SALE. No Refunds. No Returns. Due to nature of business, COVID-19, and hygiene. 

Once your package has been shipped we are NOT responsible for any lost packages. 

Due to extreme weather, Ila Beauty Care LLC is NOT responsible for body butters melting on delivery. We pack all body butter orders with ice packs and insulation.

Due to delivery packages being handle by mail carriers (ex: USPS,UPS,FEDEX, AND ETC), we are not responsible for bottle caps, glass droppers, and jars lids being damaged by shipping handling. We pack all orders with bubble wrap.
